Verifiero privacy policy

You found this page! To be honest, we didn’t expect anything less.
We know that our users are privacy-counscious, which is great!

At Verifiero you own your data and we believe that you should be able to choose what to share. In order for Verifiero to work however, we need basic information about you, so that we can vouch for your realness to other parties. You upload your identification document, and we gather data from sources to assure that you’re you (e.g. biometric to match your face to the passport, checking your passport number against a database etc).

Once you’re onboard we won’t share your data to anyone without your consent, meaning we will ask you every time with details of what data is being shared to which company, e.g. when logging in or verifying yourself somewhere. You can always see your data sharing history in our app under your pages, so you’ll have the full overview of your digital footprint that’s been made with Verifiero.

Another concern you might have is ”What if Verifiero decide to change their privacy policy and start selling my data?”. It’s a fair question, but we can guarantee that if we against our moral and all odds would do that, we would give our existing users a proper chance to delete their data and remove their account before we share or sell any data. It will be transparent and clear, but again - it’s unlikely to happen!

Below, our legal team have put together all details for you to read. And you can at any time contact us with questions or feedback in regards to how we process your personal data, the contact information is at the bottom (spoiler: it’s info@verifiero.com)

Take care, team Verifiero.
